Title chasers Wearmouth fell at the hands of Stanhope in a close game by two wickets. Wearmouth reached 108 all out, despite H Muse taking 5 for 29. In reply S Muse batted through for 64 to see Stanhope to victory. Hunwick and Kimblesworth had 6 wicket victories, South Hetton 173 all out, with 66 for P franks despite the bowling of S Hopper 6 for 34. C Pratt reached 77 not out for Hunwick. Whilst Belmont, outnt reached 99 all out tut away at Kimblesworth with 55 from j Mollett. P Showler took 4 for 24 and B Smith 5 for 23. Whilst Kimblesworth reached the total for the loss outntutf 4 wickets. Coundon still can't find that elusive win, they were bowled out by Beamish for 145. However in reply M Thompson 71 not out and I Kirkbridge 57 not out saw Beamish home. Finally East Rainton were comprehensively beaten by Burnhope. Rainton reached 175 for 8. J Morrison 89 not out and A Hughes 53 not out saw them earn a 9 wicket victory.

Kimblesworth (100 for 4) beat Belmont (99 all out) by 6 wickets.
Wearmouth (108 all out) lost to Stanhope (109 for 8) by 2 wickets.
Beamish (146 for 0) beat Coundon (145 all out) by 10 wickets.
Burnhope (176 for 1) beat East Rainton ( 175 for 8) by 9 wickets.
Division 2
Kibblesworth ran out 9 wicket victors at home to Tantobie, the away side reached 83 all out, with A Bush 4 for 31 and E Roberts 4 for 13 making the difference, whilst L Davison made 54 not out to see Kibblesworth to victory. Kimblesworth made 219 for 6 declared away to Belmont with S Emmerson 121 not out adding most of the runs. Belmont were dismissed for 95 with some strong bowling from L Puncheon taking 5 for 25. The final game saw Hunwick post 280 for 5 against East Rainton, with J Barron 101 and S Crowther 63 top scoring. Rainton struggled to 124 with J Budd taking 4 for 47.
Kibblesworth (85 for 1) beat Tantobie (83 all out) by 9 wickets.
Belmont (95 all out) lost to Kimblesworth (219 for 6 declared) by 124 runs.
East Rainton (126 all out) lost to Hunwick (280 for 5) by 154 runs.
