Wearmouth and Belmont, both secured higher finishes with wins on the final weekend. Beamish batted first, with M Elinor being run out for 55 as they reached tea at 111 for 5. C Spurs took 1 for 8, A Patterson 1 for 31 and J Mconnell 1 for 29. For Wearmouth C Barella top scored with 33, with K Philiskirk 25 and C Spurs 32 close behind as they reached 112 for 4. Again three bowlers took 1 wicket, with G Craig 1 for 11, M Bland 1 for 21 and A Metcalfe 1 for 19.
Coundon travelled to Belmont and they batted first, reaching 100 for 9 at tea. with V Ghanuvela and S Lower joint top scoring on 19. C Smith took 4 for 20 for Belmont. P Cosforth top scored on 45 not out , whilst M Howe took 2 for 21, as Belmont reached 101 for 3.
