Whilst in Division 2 East Rainton took the championship thanks to the concession of Simonside. Kimblesworth finished a close second by defeating Coundon, Hunwick beat Wearmouth and finally Kibblesworth amazed a huge total of 315 for 9 which gave them victory against Beamish.
